Reflection : Slow down, love,
The universe is sending you a sigh, to not give up but to slow down. To reflect on everything you have and who is there for you.You are always finding something to do and somewhere to go.... but the greatest gifts are already in your possession. Give presense in these moments, especially to yourself. Listen to what your mind and body needs, but also your heart. It's time to reflect on what matters to you most, and what or who doesn't. Be brave friend, deep reflection is a hard journey but the most rewarding. Slow down, love. Tiffany Moule .
This reflection is one of my favorites because, it reminded me what my mom would say to me as a child. " You have to slow down and appreciate the little moments in life". With that in mind, I have been visiting relatively close places like the National Harbor and have been able to enjoy the scenery and have taken the time to do some thinking and reflect on things as we go through these unprecedented times.
