Old man winter seems to still be lingering around, but I couldn't resist wearing this off the shoulder bell sleeve and bold stripes top. I thought it will be a great idea to pair it with my favorite Pumps at the moment and my casual black pencil skirt. This super chic outfit is an amazing clash of dressy and casual.
